We absolutely loved dining at Hich Hotel, especially the late breakfast that felt like a leisurely feast. The dinner, which was later revealed to be available, was outstanding and complemented the warm ambiance that permeated the hotel. The staff's attention to detail with delightful touches like warm milk and cookies before bed made our stay unforgettable.
Confusion surrounding our room assignment was a tad frustrating, as we weren't sure we had the deluxe suite we booked. Plus, the dining experience was confusing with mixed signals about dinner availability, making it less enjoyable than it could have been. Breakfast was decent, but a choice of tea or coffee would have been nice.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Konya.
I faced various issues during my stay at Hich Hotel Konya. First and foremost, the bathroom was not well maintained, with leaks in both the shower and toilet area. Additionally, the room had a strange odor that made my stay uncomfortable, making it difficult to fully enjoy the ambiance of the hotel. To top it all off, the door to my room was difficult to close, adding to my frustrations.

The warm interactions with the staff made it feel like home, particularly the exceptional service from Gizem, who was always attentive to our needs.
The breakfast had a limited variety, and while the quality was good, more options would have greatly enhanced the experience.

missingWrote a review on Oct 27excellent locationcomfortable beddelicious breakfastroom maintenance
Located right at the Mevlana Museum, the hotel offered a fantastic position for exploring the area. The room was massive and the bed incredibly comfortable. Breakfast, served in a lovely courtyard, featured a traditional Turkish spread that was plentiful and delicious. The staff displayed genuine warmth, providing excellent service throughout my stay. However, I did face issues with room maintenance. the air conditioning didn’t function properly, which made the nights uncomfortable. Additionally, the bathroom lacked a shower enclosure, resulting in a wet floor after showers. Regardless, the charming atmosphere of the hotel, filled with artistic decor and a cozy garden, made the experience memorable.
